PartsCredit for independent repair groups

The only parts reconciliation service that follows every missing return and core credit to the supplier’s statement.

Built for independent multi-location groups, starting in the United States, where suppliers and statement formats are the most uniform.

Missing returns

A return the supplier never acknowledged is followed from your returns log until it shows on a statement.

Core credits

Each core you sent back is matched to its credit memo, then to the line on the supplier’s statement.

Supplier statements

The statement has the last word. We report the amounts the supplier has actually credited, and nothing else.

Every return, followed to the statement

The supplier’s statement is where a return either counts or doesn’t. That is where we stop.

A findings report you can check against the statement

For a group with one location and two suppliers, the report lists every return and core credit we followed, and where each one stands.

An item the supplier has credited shows the amount credited. An item that is not on the statement says exactly that, with the supplier beside it.

Enquiries, not fights

For each item that is not on the statement, the pilot includes a drafted enquiry to the supplier. It asks one plain question: where does this credit stand?

You read the drafts and decide what goes out.
